Starting from, travel to various stars in each galaxy with the technology. "Chronosphere" to extend their territory. If they founds living in that planet. They use methods of mass destruction, rather than negotiation.
As same time. Tiberium war between GDI, NOD and Scrin on earth, it still progressing. They have sense something appear on earth. That's it. "Series". Series use chronosphere appear on earth with high technology army of robot, for mission as "Master of world".
The visit of "Series". GDI, NOD, Scrin are surprise and afraid that what they will do next. they retraction for plan to deal this situation. From upgrading army, to research new technology.
