I'm not going to into super details about how this works, but basically to win at Cooking Master, you need the cooking skill and courage level maxed at 10, and you need the Keen Kitchen Knife. Having the Sense of Taste talent is also helpful but I don't recall if it's mandatory. You also need to have a knack for rhythm since cooking successfully requires pressing the confirm button at the appropriate time. Having all the above mentioned will help to keep your pressure gauge down so you don't get knocked out by having your bar fill all the way up. A lot of folks seem to have trouble with this mini-game so maybe this will help someone out!

I actually went up against Yarma several times after beating all the previous opponents, because as luck would have it, I kept getting slime battles. I wanted to show all the food categories but the RNG wasn't playing in my favor. The only two categories not shown are Meat & Dairy and Fruit, which happens to be my favorite.
