Crema's Open Letter to the Community: Future of Temtem, Sequels and Series
4Crema Studios published an open letter to fans, explaining everything about the future of Temtem and Crema.
In this letter, Crema explain the current state of Temtem, issues such as technical debt, and the reasons why there will not be new islands, tems, or multiplayer content.
The Arcade Bar will be one of the final major features released for Temtem, with updates after 1.8 focusing on balance tweaks and bug-fixes. Alongside this, the end of microtransactions and seasons was announced.
This is not the end! Apart from Temtem remaining live and updated with tweaks, Temtem announce 3 projects! We already know about Temtem Swarm from a recent announcement.
They are also working on another unannounced game, coded Project Downbelow, which is not Temtem 2, but may pave way towards it.
An animated series was also confirmed!
