Crit Hit Reviews Blood Roots! Stylish Homicide, Non-stylish Lumberjack Pants.
4Hey Folks, a while ago I'd been granted a few review keys. Amongst these was a rather noteworthy title, namely, Blood Roots- a stylish action combat game made by Studio Paper Cult Games. Within Moments of playing, I began to get some serious Hotline Miami vibes- the likes of which veterans of the series are apt to pick up on. Still, you'll need to tune into this episode to find out if I thought this made for a hilarious yet hardcore homage- or if the bloody ballad this game provided felt a bit . . . anemic.
