I used a car modifier gameshark code for Cruis'N' Usa Version 1.2 to make this work! It changes any car to the modified bus once you press the GS button located on your n64 gameshark at the title screen! I played through the whole Cruise the USA mode with this!

Car Modifier P1 - Must press GS button at the Cruis'n'USA title screen after starting the Cruise the USA mode for this to work:
