This is Dreads of the Dragon Coast, a D&D 4E adventure set after the Spellplague near the Dragon Coast of Faerûn (Forgotten Realms). The players are young dragons forced to work together so their souls won't be devoured by Yaphyll (former Zulkir of Divination) or sent to Hell.
