UPDATE: So I have primarily been playing it on my 60hz monitor for recording. So it turns out there is a bug that effects players that have a monitor with a higher refresh-rate than 60hz. The game runs at DOUBLE SPEED. Unbelievable, I never would have expected such a rookie mistake.
