I die almost immediately in the first attempt, so I just restart from there. The second hardest difficulty mode available. Unlocked by completing the "expert" difficulty. All health flasks are removed from the stage transitions and enemies are more numerous and dangerous. They also can choose to teleport to your location. It's all pretty bat shit crazy in action. Not sure if I'm going to keep at this difficulty or not but I wanted to give it a shot.
