In order to unlock the Lawn And Order achievement, you must own the Haus DLC. Once in the Haus DLC, enter the area with the houses and tall grass. This is the area where zombies keep spawning if you walk in the grassy areas. Once entering the area, head to the last house on the left, and circle around to the back of it. You can find a shovel here.

Grab the shovel, and equip it. You need to maim 10 zombies with gardening equipment, so the shovel works perfectly. I didn't see what other gardening equipment may be laying around, but this is super easy to get. You may even be able to use something not from the DLC, but if you are having trouble, just head to the shovel and grab it.

Make sure to charge up your attacks, and try to aim for arms and legs of zombies. It isn't hard to maim a zombie by connecting a solid swing to either of these body parts. Once you have maimed 10 zombies, the achievement will unlock! Also, it seems it may have to be 10 DIFFERENT zombies, as I maimed some twice, and it didn't seem to pop as soon as it should have.
