If your brand spanking new to fighting games, if you enjoy sweaty torsos in bikinis in the middle of the Antarctic or even knockoff characters from a wide arrange of games already on the market ... then you just might like this game.

Dead or Alive is a fighting video game series produced by Tecmo and developed by Team Ninja. The first game of the franchise came out in 1996 and unfortunately lost the creator of the franchise Tomonobu Itagaki, who left the company and no longer works on the series. The franchise is mostly known for its female characters and breast physics. Yeah breast physics ... which plays a primary role in the games popularity to this day.

Speaking of breast physics, this game does have interesting characters .. like Asuka.. I mean Ayane who kinda sounds like and has similar moves to Asuka. Wait no..it has to be just me....or this chick she’s super cool and does...wait moves like lucky Chloe..wait no it must be just me!!! Oh and this bad chick here... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ?!?Its hard for me not to make these comparisons, because I admit it .. I am a TEKKEN head. I can not help but compare any and all fighting games to TEKKEN! If you see similarities as well, please feel free to post them I the comments. Cause I’m like..maybe it just me.. LUL


LET'S RATE IT
I give this game 3.5/5 DRAGONSTARS and that’s due primarily to the micro-transactions. Even though I got this game as a free download via playstation plus,I still feel after seeing that I have to pay story mode and have to pay for new characters.. I'm sort of stuck out of the experience of the game. And you know, some people can afford it and some people can not. It is a shame to tease your audience this way. Because the majority will download for free only to be met with a gah-zillion micro-transactions.
This may not hurt the core audience that have been with the DOA franchise from the beginning, but new comers like myself.. well its just.. gets me UURUUURUUGHH . LUL. You know what I'm sayin. I know you can buy the full cd and obtain the story mode for $39.99 USD, but even after that there are still a few micro-ransactions that are a bit pricey for the average game player.

Is this game worth getting??? Yeh I think so, it’s pretty fun and you just might enjoy it. Like I do. I recommend you check it out and see how you feel about it. If you do, leave a comment below. I would love to know what you think.
