I finally discovered how to make a Line Gun when I explored the Blueprints section of the Bench. Not sure if I had that blueprint all along or I just recently acquired it. At any rate, it seems I could have made a Line Gun a long time ago because I already had the requisite parts (Tesla Core + Heavy Standard Frame). However, later when I take the Line Gun into battle, I find out it isn't nearly as powerful as its Dead Space 2 counterpart. Looks like it's going to need some Damage upgrade circuits to bring it up to snuff..

14:34 - Yeah I know. I could have actually unlocked that upgrade circuit slot. For some reason, I was reading the Cost and Have stats in reverse or something and thought I didn't have enough Tungsten. Still getting used to the bench interface.

This is part 15 of my Dead Space 3 playthrough.
