DEcap Attack is a 1991 Sega Megadrive game, itself an adaption of the Japanese release Magical Hat no Buttobi Turbo! (or Magical Hat Adventure). Both are region differentiated sequels to the outstanding Psycho Fox on the Sega Master System. You play as Chuck D. Head and your goal is to defeat the war lord of the underworld Max D. Cap. To assist with this, you can throw your head and punch from your eyeball clad torso. Marvelous stuff. Let's get to it.
