Bottom of the table after 3 games. We need a proper plan to get back on top. The Box system we play is solid, but I need to have a plan against 3 basic shapes - the 4231, the 433 and the 442. These are the 3 main systems. The 4231 is frankly straightforward, play the same way. The 433 requires me to keep less adventurous roles on the flanks so I will change to fullbacks but the 442 and the Bayern box continue to confound me.
