I run through to the end of the game. The level before the Boss has some more neurotoxin to deal with at the end, but a real treat is the level for fighting the Boss. You get yourself a sort of 'Dying' buff instead of instantly dying in the final fight if you get hit, which gives you a bit more of a chance to kill the Boss - if for a Sad Ending.
