You may not like it, but after the recent update, there’s a new bug - you may not be able to modify your ships at some locations - the ship might disappear.

As is typical of massive updates, many fixes are made - 499 listed in the patch notes - and sometimes new bugs appear. Luckily - this one has a workaround. Watch and find out!

I have reported this bug to Bethesda on their Discord.
