This isn't very optimized due on key detail where I had to improvize. Basically, in this scene the Mini-Suikas give 1,410 Base Value, the microbullets 66 Base and the bullet clouds of the microbullets roughly between 16 and 25 Base (depends on when in the animation it's included in a photo). However, the moment Suika enters her second photo, the value of the Mini-Suikas and microbullets (not clouds) get cut in half, so 705 and 33 respectively. This is the reason why photos score progressively less. The mini-Suikas that spawned during photo 1 are still worth the full 1,410 Base, however after every photo, there'll also be progressively less of those particular Mini-Suikas
Beyond this, there's a crazy amount of details about this scene that makes perfection impossible (for me), without super extensive planning and calculations. I'm talking about: the angle of shot Mini-Suikas, the movement RNG of Suika, where Mini-Suikas will be at any given time, how long it takes for them to leave the screen, misdirecting the bullets, manipulate the Mini-Suikas to all miraculously gather around Suika when you take the photo, the length of stalling (also when taken the halved Base Value into consideration + when you want more mini-Suikas to spawn per wave), the varying x1.50 Nice Shot timing and the list goes on. This is the kind of perfection that would take months to put together. And that is if you know the game inside out, can predict where Mini-Suikas will be after x amount of seconds depending on spawn RNG and know how to read and interpret code in this game
