Here is an alternative solution which works for me with a 1080 Ti GPU :

It looks there are no bugs anymore if you put the game in windowed mode.
Juste use a scaling app to make your windowed game into Fullscreen...

At 1st sight, no bugs for AMD GPU, iGPU...
