First head off to Master Roshi's to learn your charge attacks for Gohan and Piccolo. Gohan's is the easiest to string combo together with, whilst Piccolo's can be deadly once mastered.

Make sure you grab the Golden Capsule too. Apparently some versions of the game will have a second glitched one when you go to the same area with different characters.

I also beat Krillin, but Tien proves too much for now. Even after Vegeta arrives and I go Super Saiyan he beats me. He'll get destroyed later on though.
Vegeta can also learn his charge attack from Master Roshi, funny that Goku and Trunks already have it built in.

I head to East District 349 to check out the Vegeta Door, but it's for level 30. I don't want to over level someone who's a key characters for now.

Anyway advance the story and when you're at the Southern Continent, head left to begin with for a Golden Capsule.
After the barrier head left at the Rocket Soldier guy and follow the path round for another one.

You'll want Vegeta at about level 20.

Android 19 is stronger than Tien, but I found him somehow easier.
Don't use energy attacks on him as he'll absorb them to restore HP like in the show. He doesn't seem that aggressive though, so should be easy to take out. There's plenty of rocks that will hopefully give you some food if you need it.

Time to level everyone up a bit. Head through Gohan's door and advance through to the T-Rex. Masenko is from as far as possible to get the most damage output, just be aware that it can glitch through the wall on the left at a specific point, like you'll see scorpions do. Repeatedly kill this for experience. Although you'll also want the Golden Capsule it's guarding too.

It's a bit slower with Piccolo as your Special Beam Cannon won't work very well. You can trap it along the north side of the area its in and pummel it safely with melee its from above though.
