Once your party is maxed out, you will notice you are short on skill points to complete your skill panels. You will receive skill points throughout the game. I recommend not using them until you max out your characters unless you know how many skill points will be needed for them. Hendrick and Sylvando can't complete their skill board until they complete the quest of Don Rodrigo in the Kingsbarrow. There are some enemies you can fight post game that will give you an endless supply if you are willing to farm them. They are located in the Dundrasil Region when it is raining. The enemy in question is the Malicious Great Keeper and he has it as a rare drop.
