Part 3 - So they can drop now but they just wont! The most reliable way we can apparently get them to drop is by taking on the final boss of the area again and even then it is only after running the lap again. He has a new phase now and I'm not sure how bad it is. The first time around he wasn't all that bad so this time maybe it will just be a tad bit tougher?
