In this video, I will show you the 'Remove CPU Car horn' cheat that i have created.

Please note that this cheat may glitch out on emulators. I have had no problems using this on the original PlayStation console. If you do use this on emulator and it glitches out. Try turning the cheat off and on again. If that doesn't work, Try changing the last 2 digits of the code where the X'es are marked. This is a example. '800DE992 00xx'
