La demeure de Slug-for-a-Butt (postérieur-de-limace), la seule, la malfaisante, la toute enflée, la purulente, la difforme suintante, la pestilentielle... bref, elle en a des titres. Il veut cette combinaison à tout prix, c'est pour cela que Jim a affronté tous ses sbires à sa solde sur les différentes planètes. Elle souhaite cette combinaison pour devenir plus puissante que sa sœur jumelle, la princesse What's-her-name (quel-est-son-nom), et surtout devenir plus mobile sans doute. Elle retient la princesse prisonnière.
Ce niveau est particulièrement dur et il faut surtout être précis dans ses mouvements. D'ailleurs je me suis planté à un endroit en manquant simplement une prise. À la fin du niveau on est face à la reine. Enfin non... pas en face. Il faut d'abord détruire son postérieur et donc ses œufs et enfin sa tête.
