Recently started playing elden ring again and was getting this issue when ever I launched the game.
I had reinstalled the game on different drives updated drivers and windows.
I even reinstalled windows still got the issue.
The fix only works if you are using a kvm switch or possibly hub, there is also possibility of it being software for keyboard that you use
