Note. We see the small generators generate 2.5 power each and I get confused seeing the capacitors being treated as fuel based energy contributors (pretty sure didn't see that in previous versions, but maybe). The capacitors are in fact counting as generating 5.0 power each, ie double a small generator, so four capacitors times five power each plus the five from the two small generators is where the 25 power comes from.
