This is the Story titled "Unfinished Comedy" and the quest "Game of the Rich" in Genshin Impact. This video is Part 1.

SUMMARY
The video begins with Luminosity, also known as the Traveler, arriving in Fontaine and meeting a man named Darcy. Darcy, nicknamed "Pretty Face," offers to tell Luminosity and Paimon the story of why he is in the Fortress of Fontaine over drinks, but they decline. Darcy then takes them to meet SCN, a guard who is kind to him. SCN is overseeing a game called Coupon Millionaire that residents play for a chance to briefly go outside the fortress. Luminosity and Paimon meet two researchers, Genevieve and Rave, who are fiercely competing in Coupon Millionaire. After Genevieve and Rave argue and leave, Luminosity and Paimon agree to join Coupon Millionaire to try to win.

Darcy then takes Luminosity and Paimon to meet a little girl named Lenore. Lenore is afraid of an evil sorcerer but explores the fortress now that he is gone. She mentions her caretaker named Caterpillar. Lenore takes Luminosity and Paimon around the fortress before treating them to meals, where they receive disgusting food. After spending Lenore's coupons on meals, they go to the Rag and Bone shop for items to cheer themselves up before meeting Caterpillar.

When they meet Caterpillar, he explains that Lenore was born in the fortress and lost her mother. He looks after Lenore but wants to reunite her with her family outside. However, Lenore lacks identification papers, so Caterpillar hatches a risky plan to use Coupon Millionaire to sneak her out when SCN's guards go outside next. Luminosity and Paimon feel bad about wasting Lenore's coupons and vow to win Coupon Millionaire to help with the plan.
