I love Victoria 3, but there's no denying the game has many flaws both underneath the hood, and in missing a few features I miss from Victoria 2, and some I'd love that the game came with. In this video, I tell you which aspects I found better in Victoria 2, and which I hope come to Victoria 3, mostly surrounding player chose and different governing experiences, warfare, and diplomacy.
