4Hektor of the Shining Helmet
Hektor starts with 15 charges of a massive 1 million damage cut buff that prevents all but the strongest NPs from hurting him. Additionally, he will give himself 1 charge of invincibility after every turn. Attacking him will grant him a [Siege] status. Stacking 7 of these will cause his NP gauge to go down by 1 before being cleared. He will remove your Servant's defensive buffs before using his NP, so don't try to tank it. If you bring Achilles to this fight, he will be granted a class advantage against Lancers and ignore invincible, making the fight much easier. Of course, in the end, I was able to 1-turn this fight by stacking a ton of buffs onto Caesar.
Raging Night
Berserker Lancelot is accompanied by a wing bladed insect and a wing bladed swarm. Each turn, he will sacrifice one of the two and inflict either skill seal, NP seal, or stun on one of your Servants. If he sacrifices the swarm, he will also increase his NP gauge by 2. If you bring Gray or any Altria except Caster or the Mysterious Heroine X variants, they will be inflicted with 3 turns of target focus. This one is pretty easy to 1-turn if you just bring someone who hits hard and some appropriate support.
Poison☆Paradise
A battle against 15 poison crab enemies, with 6 being on the field at a time. Your front line will get 10 turns of poison at the start of battle. A select few of the crabs will give themselves 1 turn of 99% NP resistance and self-stun. Attacking these ones will inflict you with 1 turn of poison that deals 10,000 damage. Killing a crab will remove a poison debuff from the attacker. So basically focus on AoE NP looping. Note that the 10K poison is unremovable (although I think debuff immunity works against it).
