Mia is a Thief unit with weird subjobs, she can dish out some notable single target damage, but has no AoE capabilities.

She has some status inflicting abilities but very limited.

With the current pool of units and especially wind units you will be hard pressed to find resources to ex her.

I don't think you should invest in her, not because she's not good, but because the resources invested are not worth the reward.
