Final Fantasy V (PS4) - Part 7
4Final Fantasy V comes to life with completely new graphics and audio, but I may still use the old audio if I don't like the new, which there is a good chance of. It really depends on how far they've moved away from the original melodies etc.
I quite like this game, but it wasn't released in the west before on PS1. The gameplay is definitely the focus of this game, while the story have several strong points as well. It has classic tunes like the fight on the big bridge. It has multiple over worlds, and a cool job system. Lots of secrets and the battle system can actually be tricky at times, especially with all it's status effects and whatnot. This is the first appearance of the ATB bar, whereas FF4 had ATB, FF5 introduced the bar. This game just experiment and polish so much of the gameplay, it never really gets back up to this point IMO, though the PS1 games does their things too I guess.
I know I started Final Fantasy 1 for the 40k trophy, but I decided this was more fitting for 40k.
