the first stone it has to be sunny. the second one the weather has to be rainy. the third one should be available to you already. to get over to the other side i was on you have to make it dusty and to the far right of the sealed gate it should be a mini tornado that should have a gold cactuar stone in it. click on it and you will be on the other side.
