Tabasco Toad is found inside the 'Tidal Shallows' part of 'New Bodhum -003 AF-'.
It isnt too difficult to find, but is missable if not found when you first start the game, as there isnt really a reason to return to this location.
If not defeated quickly, Tobasco Toad will 'Summon' more allies to fight by its side, but if you are returning here to complete the bestiary, then it shouldnt be difficult to defeat at all.
The monster is an average strength Ravager, which isnt really worth using as an ally unless you are collecting all the monster crystals in the game.
