Case 03: In the Shadows is a Main Mission in Gotham Knights.
Requirement: having completed Case 02: The Rabbit Hole

Mission Info: We traced the owl-shaped key we found to a hidden room in the Gotham Gazette building. It looks like the Court of Owls is using it to send out orders. We found an order to kill a man named Alexander Moreno, who was found dead not long ago. It looks like an attempt to intimidate his sister, a local Judge. It’s tied up in the controversy over stopping construction on the Chelsea Tunnel. The Court is hiding something down there. We’re going to find out what it is.
