It is finally time for Byleth to rule over Fódlan, but before then, Rhea reveals to Byleth about his origins, and why the Crest Stone of Sothis is placed in Byleth. Then after going over a bit of backstory about Byleth's origins, something unexpected happens, with no foreshadowing, ultimately leading to the final battle.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

This is it, The Final Battle, this is what this chapter is called, but before then, Byleth learns about his origins, and then something completely unexpected happens. The battle re-uses the map from Chapter 12, and the music is A Funeral of Flowers, which is kind of a sad song, and one of the most underrated songs in the game, as the boss of this map is The Immaculate One, who has lost control of her powers and has gone berserk, with no foreshadowing before then.
This is the only battle where White Beasts appear, they are Demonic Beasts said to have transformed from Church Soldiers when The Immaculate One lost control of her powers. The Immaculate One has a barrier ability called Divine Dragon Horn, which will completely heal The Immaculate One if any White Beasts are nearby, so don't try to take on The Immaculate One just yet, instead, what you have to do is capture the southern stronghold, as the White Beasts can spawn from there.
The White Beasts have Blest Crest Stone Shard, and they have Seal Strength and Seal Magic, and for their health bars they have Armored Blow and Miracle, about every Church Soldier have Miracle, and most of them have shields, so the normal enemies have the stats of bosses. The Church Leaders have Brave weapons, and the Cardinals are magic users with very powerful Battalions, so this is the hardest fight in the game.
Once you have captured the southern stronghold, this fight was originally going to have three strongholds, but it was changed to one so that the final battle wasn't that tough, The Immaculate One will be overcome with rage and transform into a form not even Seteth has witnessed, but she will transform if you attack her twice. This will cause all the Church Soldiers to move, and the Golems gains stat boosts. The Golems have Lance of Light+ for their weapon, and they are really tough, so I would take them on one at a time, and at the northern part of the map are some Priests that have Physic, and they will heal any teammates that have taken damage.
Now onto the berserk dragon herself, on both Black Eagles route, the Immaculate One is the final boss, but for different reasons. The Immaculate One has the Crest Stone of Seiros, but it turns into Real Seiros Crest Stone when she transforms, one thing to note is she has Surging Light, which makes The Immaculate One use her Staggering Blow immediately, her Staggering Blow is Hoarfrost, this has long range, it ignores Defense and Res, and restores HP of any allies in range, so I would recommend having Stride to get your units up to The Immaculate One and use Gambits against her, and for unique dialogue, Seteth, Flayn, Catherine, and Cyril have dialogue when they fight The Immaculate One. For other Abilities, The Immaculate One has Sacred Power, which deals 3 extra damage and take 3 less damage in combat, Ancient Dragon Skin halves damage dealt and it protects her from Lethality and status conditions, she has Counterattack, her barrier abilities are Dragon-Scale Wall, which reduces damage by 70%, Vital Defense, which negates critical hits, and Divine Dragon Horn, which restores 100% HP if any White Beasts are nearby. For each of her health bars, she has Miracle on her second health bar, Defiant Str on her third, and Vantage on her fourth.
This is a very tough fight, so you will need to make use of some good Heroes' Relics and Combat Arts to get in some damage against her, Defiant Str and Vantage is a dangerous combo, and Miracle ensures she has a chance of surviving an attack at 1 HP.
Once you have defeated The Immaculate One, that is the route completed, this is a very difficult fight as some of the Church Soldiers have Miracle. After the final battle, you get a scene at the Goddess Tower, which is Byleth's S Support with that unit, and then we get to see the results, like the MVP of each chapter, how many turns it took, and each unit's endings, and who they got paired up with, and then the credits, which plays Edge of Dawn, the main theme of Three Houses.
With Silver Snow done, that is all four routes done, and while it is similar to Verdant Wind, I would say it is one of the harder routes in the game, the final battle is considered to be one of the hardest fights in the game, as the normal enemies have boss-like stats, most of them have Brave weapons, and the final boss is possibly the hardest opponent in the game to fight against. You do unlock New Game +, which carries over Professor Level, Renown, and Class Mastery.
