Football Manager 2023 is out on 8th November 2022 and I was lucky enough to be given access to an early alpha version of FM23. Please be aware the beta isn't out until approximately two weeks before the full game, so there's a chance that some things will still change between now and the beta release.
In this video I start a new save with Peterborough United in League One and play through pre-season, exploring the new squad planner and recruitment focus features, along with stumbling across some other new features along the way.
