The is "The Search for Sonic Mania 2" by SilviaFoxtris. A fun Sonic the Hedgehog fangame that consists of 2 levels. Albeit short, it's pretty hilarious. A lot of fun sound effects and even simple drawn cutscenes. I would actually love to see more levels fleshed out but it's pretty good for what it's. Great job, SilviaFoxtris!
