Flash In The Pan! Thunder Gauntlet Custom Map - Forza Horizon 5 Accolade
3Some of the more annoying accolades are those that require taking photos under certain conditions. For many of them, challenge cards have been created that will put you in the right car, at the right place, and allow you to just take a snap and move on. However the weather related ones seemed to no longer work, leaving you to have to rely on chance.
Last month I found that even chance was not favourable, getting very few storms appearing, and when they did, it never recognised that the photo I took was valid. I had the idea instead of creating an event, rather than a card, that would set a race under the right conditions. Never expected it to actually work, so forgot to record it at the time, but it unlocked the Flash In The Pan accolade for me as soon as I took a quick picture of the VW, and then I was enjoying the track so much I went on and finished it, and published it for others.
The Gauntlet is one of the longest tracks in the game, traversing most of the map area, and it is my favourite of the end-game tracks overall. And when it's wet from the storm raging overhead, the skill points just keep coming.
