In Flatout 4 Total Insanity müssen wir uns, wie schon in den anderen Flatout Teilen bekannt, in 3 Klassen an die Spitze kämpfen. Pro Klasse gibt es andere extremere und bessere Fahrzeuge um seine Gegner, sowohl in Geschwindigkeit als auch in der Zerstörungskraft zu übertrumpfen. Zudem bietet Flatout 4 Total Insanity auch einen Stunt Mini Game Modus, wo man sein Geschick darin beweisen kann, einen Crashtest Dummy in die richtige Position zu bringen.
Dieses Mal machen wir ein Bombenrennen. Das Bombenrennen ist jedoch recht einfach und so bekommen wir schnell Gold. Danach versuchen wir uns nochmal an dem Stunt Totale Zerstörung.
