In Flatout 4 Total Insanity müssen wir uns, wie schon in den anderen Flatout Teilen bekannt, in 3 Klassen an die Spitze kämpfen. Pro Klasse gibt es andere extremere und bessere Fahrzeuge um seine Gegner, sowohl in Geschwindigkeit als auch in der Zerstörungskraft zu übertrumpfen. Zudem bietet Flatout 4 Total Insanity auch einen Stunt Mini Game Modus, wo man sein Geschick darin beweisen kann, einen Crashtest Dummy in die richtige Position zu bringen.
Wir machen endlich mal wieder weiter in der Karriere und starten einen neuen CUP zudem können wir auch gleich die Bergarena ausprobieren.
