Fortnite season 8 introduces the new "Demon Skull Pickaxe" for purchase in the Fortnite item shop with a price point of 1200 vbucks or $12.00.
This may alarm some players as this is one of the most expensive pickaxes Fortnite has added to the Fortnite item shop yet.
Demon Skull pickaxe appears to look a lot like the newley confirmed and introduced character of Ruin who is rumored to play a critical part in the story of fortnite season 8.
The fangs and horns appear to look a lot like Ruin as he also features many of the same fang demon looks.
I am sure many Fortnite players are excited to get this new Demon Skull Pickaxe and be ready for when they unlock Ruin after completing 55 of the season 8 week challenges.
The price point of the "Demon Skull Pickaxe" is very high and may turn some players away from purchasing it due to lack of vbucks.
Fortnite season 8 is introducing many new features, items, characters, such as the newley confirmed Reboot Van which will allow players to be brought back into the game after death.
The Reboot Van may be the single most exicitng addition to Fortnite in a very long time as it will totally change how Fortnite is played.
With Players able to respawn at a reboot van instead of being dead and out of the game waiting on the side lines who knows what new changes we may see to Fortnite.
If Fortnite players want to get a Demon Skull Pickaxe time is running out for now however I am sure it will be back in the store later this month.
