This has been my best Eden run yet. I'm not sure if there is a prevailing tactic to play as Eden. Unlike the other characters you can't really lean into any mechanic nor can you reroll the start for good items. I guess that is the point. The actual promise of a random run without the temptation to adjust it to your favour.

Fortune Cookie is just a permanent Fortune Teller Machine which cost rooms instead of money. I doubt its anyone's favourite item.
