The third annual Franchise Stars Baseball League Rookie Draft is upon us here on June 5th of Year 3 of the FSBL.

Follow along as we determine the the five players - four from franchise history and one Negro Leaguer - who will join each franchise next season for Year 4!

If you're new to the project, the FSBL is my creation, all players created and rated by me. Each franchise has a 100-player master pool based on WAR with the franchise at their position...it's the top 8 at catcher and the infield spots, 20 outfielders, 25 starting pitchers and 15 relievers.

Year One featured 40 random players from that list for each franchise. Then each year, four players from the remaining players in the pool plus a Negro Leaguer join the franchise for the following season.
