An oldschool gamer plays the XBox 360 game, Perfect Dark Zero for the first time. This video was created for journalistic purposes.

As I mentioned in the video, this is one franchise that had me asking "what happened to this franchise?" When Perfect Dark was released on the N64, it made a huge splash by being a spiritual successor to Goldeneye 007. When I played that game, it wound up being one of the best FPS experiences I've ever had. So, it's a pretty big surprise that there wasn't a particularly huge line of games that followed. Perfect Dark Zero, however, wound up being released and apparently served as a prequel to the events in Perfect Dark, so I was interested to try this game and see how it played. From what I've heard, it left a lot to be desired, but I wanted to see for myself.

For those who have played this game, what did you think of it? Was it a really good experience or did you prefer the original? Did you even play the original for a point of comparison? Was this game a great experience or were there other games you preferred?
