This is the Gem Tech Accessories Card binder - with a similar look of "Book Of Moon" from Yu-Gi-Oh!

They have done a great job with the foiling on the front of the binder. It zips open and closes smoothly, on top of that the binder pages are blue! The binder pages hold stardard size cards snugly without damaging the cards.

Also the binder keeps the cards in place even after being tossed around!
