A long time ago, Upgrade Bloons could be stacked. You could use Upgrade Bloons thrice to send spaced rainbows on round 4. In the 6.1 update, this was fixed. "Fixed an issue where some powers could be stacked to create stronger effects than intended"
Or so everyone thought it was fixed.
Using the third tier cobra upgrade, "Finish Him!", I'm still able to stack two Upgrade Bloons to upgrade black bloons into rainbow bloons.

Extra explanation
01:46 - I use Upgrade Bloons
02:03 - I use Upgrade Bloons again, the cooldown is faster than 30 seconds because of the 3rd tier cobra upgrade, "Finish Him!". I send Blacks and they are upgraded twice into rainbows. If I didn't have stacking, Blacks are supposed to be upgraded to zebras.
02:06 - Upgrade Bloons stacking expires, seems like the stacking only works for 20 seconds.
