Of the two, the Valkyrie battle with Gna is the more difficult fight IMO, since she has attacks that are slightly less predictable and require faster identification and reaction. Both fights will require you to mitigate Bifrost.
Hrolf Kraki - as with all Berserker Souls, Lunda's armor really destroys them if you can get the poison to stick, as it lowers their level. My build is primarily focused on Stun. The beginning of this battle was not as clean as I'd like, but eventually I got the timing right. Near the end of the battle, King Hrolf may activate a Bifrost aura, which sticks on you if you get close. 5:35 - difficulty check, and skills/armor setup I used. Nearly all of his attacks can be countered if you have the right setup, so you can play super aggressive and get in his face, especially if your dodge timing is perfect. Even if it's not, Valor (Spartan Rage) can save you.
Valkyrie Gna - The Bifrost projectiles here will probably be the biggest threat -- you'll need to block the blue-colored ones and dodge the pink projectiles, and she switches up the order. Immediately after, she'll do some quick attack to activate the bifrost explosion. Gna gets more dangerous once her life bar is 50% or less. You will need to be patient and wait for an opening to attack. Most failures happen when you are in the middle of an attack and Gna combos you. [13:18] - difficulty check, and skills/armor setup I used. I experimented with Surtr's Scorched Cuirass in this fight, which is why I didn't use Lunda's chest armor.
Most crucial equipment:
Emblem of Elusion enchantment - this allows you to move farther with your dodges, so you can get out of those area of effect attacks from King Hrolf easier. General range control makes a big difference.
Valor (Spartan Rage) - you can negate one attack with this, so if you are too early with the timing (and get staggered), you can instantly recover. I believe this also cleanses all Bifrost from your health.
Rond of Purification - double tap the shield button to pass on the Bifrost to the enemy. It won't give all the Bifrost you've got, so you may have to do it multiple times.
Practice, practice, practice! It's the only way to know their attacks and openings.
