This is the third main boss fight in darksiders 2 game and mostly the first most dangerous boss you can encounter so early in the story line.
After death arrived to the forge lands he was told a dark power named corruption is invading the world.In exchange for helping the makers get rid of corruption they promised to help death to go to the tree of life. In order to do that he had to restart the forge of the makers.So in his journey to that goal he meet thane.A maker who is a warrior.He give death a quest to kill four deadly creatures. Gorewood is the first in the list so this was the fate he get.
Most of his attacks are deadly.There are a few points for beating this guy.
01. Do not let the wines to grab you.(it will drain HP)
02.If he runs towards you with mouth open, run towards him and dodge to his back.(like in the video)
03.When he screams attack him with your heavy/secondary weapon.
bonus;- easy to beat him if you had beat thane's challenge.
