I bought another stupid dongle from bitfunx because it is said to be support 1080i and 720p. I could've bought RetroScaler 2x, but it said only support 480i.

To me, I think 480p plays the best. Good clarity and good framerate. In 1080i, you'd get half of the framerate for some reason. 720p mode on GSM also good, that if you want to deal with wrong aspect ratio.

Also, I could've also add PCSX2 to comparison, but PCSX2 went cringe and said my replay save is corrupted. It's more to an PCSX2 problem than my memory card.

Everything is captured with generic YUY2 capture card, from a PS2 Slim SCPH 70000.
