Great Twilight Bay Temple - Twilight Princess/Majora's Mask Mix
0You know, out of all the mashups I created, this one is one of my favorites in terms of just how well it came out in my personal opinion. As much as I like the Great Bay Temple (with it being my favorite water temple in the series), I always felt that while its soundtrack has a relaxing tone to it, it feels like it’s mostly background noise. And as for the theme used in areas covered in twilight in “Twilight Princess”, I feel that it has the exact opposite problem, that being that while there’s a definitive melody, the soft, wispy way in which the notes are played give it this feeling of being formless, yet all-present, much like the twilight that covers the areas that it plays in.
As such, I figured that these two songs would be great compliments to each other, and from the look of how this mashup turned out, I believe that my expectations were met and then some.
