Luigi's Girls is the second mission in Grand Theft Auto III. It is given to protagonist Claude by club owner Luigi Goterelli from his club in the Red Light District immediately after Give Me Liberty.

Claude, having driven 8-Ball to Luigi's Club 7, waits outside the back entrance to the club while 8-Ball heads inside to go talk to Luigi. Mickey Hamfists comes out of the door to make sure the coast is clear, before Luigi Goterelli comes outside. Luigi tells Claude he needs one of his girls, Misty, picked up from the clinic in Portland View and tells Claude that there may be more work if he doesn't mess up. Claude leaves the club and drives to the clinic. Misty enters his car and introduces herself, before Claude drives her back to the club.
