GTA San Andreas: N.O.E is a mission where you have to fly a plane to deliver some packages to Toreno’s men in Angel Pine, while staying below the radar to avoid detection by the U.S. Air Force. You have to fly low and fast, and avoid crashing into mountains or trees. You also have a time limit of 10 minutes to complete the mission. The mission is challenging and requires good flying skills and navigation.
